About the event

Before registering for any events, schools are required to choose their membership type. Please select either a full or school games membership, and consider optional extras such as: a rowing event day, a glow dodgeball event (provided by OSSP), please also express interest should you have interest in a sponsored event day (dodgeball, fun run etc).

Our 2025/26 membership will include:

• 3x PE Lead Teacher/coordinator network days (one per term) selected from the following
  workshops: Oldham School Games Conference, Gender Equality, 60 Active Minutes/Physical
  literacy, Active Learning, Deep Dive, Assessment, PE Award for Primary Teachers, School Games Mark & Sport premium reporting
• Additional competition package (non school games) – 50+ exclusive opportunities including a
  number of pathway events with a chance to represent Oldham
• Wellbeing walks – Supporting those who struggle to settle back into school
• Entry to our Cross country leagues (Friday Beginners & Intermediate and Saturday Advanced)
• 2x borough wide virtual competitions
• Balance sessions for Reception children (1 class up to 32)* (Discounted upgrade available to full
  bikeability balance sessions)
• Gruffalo Trail literacy walk for 1x Key Stage 1 Class*
• Targeted experience days for a group of 4 less confident young people*
• Health and Safety support (guidance)
• Playground leader workbook and certificates
• AWARD WINNING – Mid-day supervisor Physical Literacy training
